TRADING POLICY |
| A.
For terms.(We will mark on the quotation and/or proforma
invoice) |
1.
payment terms:
We can accept the following terms:
a. 30% deposit, and the balance will paid off by D/P or
T/T.
b. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, excludes soft terms.
We advise the first payment terms for our old customers,
because it can reduce our banking costs and accelerate
fund turnover. We will return 1% commission of the
original quotation. Our quotation is based on the above
2nd payment term. |

2.
Quotation: We will quote for the products as per
standard number, drawing, or samples from the customer
within 2 working days. For any new orders, We will
advise the customer to increase or decrease the price,
if price fluctuation of the raw materials more than 10%
results in the costs change more than 4%.
3.Delivery Time: We will arrange mass production
upon receive the customer’s deposit or L/C. Generally we
will deliver the goods within 45 days. If the cargos
need be shipped earlier, Please contact us in advance.
4. Quantity: We require the least quantity should
be more than USD10000 except trial order.
5. Packing:Our general packing is carton. It is
less than 25kgs for each carton, 45-60ctns per plastic
tray or steel pallet and the weight of one tray is less
than 1.5ton. The outside of each tray will be wrapped by
plastic film. |
| B.
Express Samples. |
1.
We will offer the samples in free charge. Because we
express many samples so the postage will be charged by
the customer for sending samples.
2. We are not sure we have all samples at hand
when the customer needs. We will notify the customer by
e-mail and advise to send similar samples if the sample
is shortage.
3. If the customers send the samples for our
quotation, the postage will be charged by the customer.
4. For the customer, business done on our
records, we will responsible for the postage for him. If
he requires send the samples and note us the weight then
we will confirm and advise the DHL tracking number.
5. For the costs are charged by the customer.We
can adopt the following ways, one is freight collect and
the other is freight prepaid first by DHL then the
customer release the payment to our account.The other
one is customer pays the charges to our account. We have
excellent postage discount, we will confirm with the
customer before sending the samples and deliver the
samples upon receive the postage. |
| C.
Return commission & postage & compensation |
We can
meet the demand for the commission for customer. But it
should be written instruction requirement, and should be
remitted to company’s account. The commission proportion
is not more than 5%.
We will remit through our HK company (constructing) or
personal account because of foreign exchange management
policy in China.
The postage made by the customer should be remitted to
the above account. |
| D.
Customer’s property and protection of commercial secret |
| We
records and sort all customer’s drawings and samples as
per the request of our ISO control program. All messages
and samples will be kept by the relative accommodate
staff which is forwarded by the sellers. All accommodate
staff and sellers signed a secret agreement with our
company. We will recheck the recheck and samples before
quote and arrange produce and we will confirm with the
customer if the arts is unreasonable, so as to avoid the
loss for any mistakes. We will control all drawings and
samples for the customer according to the request of
control program strictly. |
| E.
Molds for OEM part |
Our
company will develop and process the samples and
drawings offered by the customers. The customer should
pay 50% molds charge before open molds if needs molds
and tools. The balance charge will be paid off after the
first sample is approved.
The proprietary of molds are owned by the customers, and
the customer keeps the rights to ask us to return the
molds back. But we aren’t responsible for any costs
concerned except the exporting molds we agreed.
Otherwise, we will charge the additional USD300 of the
clean customs and documents services for delivery the
molds.
Our company is responsible for current maintenance for
the molds. If the failure of the making molds, the
charge of developing samples will be refunded to the
customer, which will be made on the subsequent orders
because of policy of foreign exchange management in
China. If no subsequent orders in short term, we will
entrust our other customer abroad to refund this molds
charge. |
