What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product type and complexity. For standard catalog products, MOQ typically starts at 500-1,000 pieces per size. For custom OEM parts, MOQ starts at 2,000-5,000 pieces depending on the manufacturing process. Contact us for specific MOQ requirements for your product.
What are your typical lead times?
Standard products: 15-25 days after order confirmation, depending on current production schedule and order size.
Custom OEM parts: 25-40 days for first production run (includes tooling if needed).
Samples: 7-15 days for existing products, 15-25 days for custom samples.
We always try to accommodate urgent orders — contact us to discuss expedited options.
Can you produce custom OEM parts?
Yes! OEM and custom manufacturing is a core part of our business. We welcome drawings, sketches, or even samples. Our engineering team can review your specifications, recommend materials and processes, and provide technical feedback before production. We produce custom parts for clients worldwide who specify their own designs.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We strongly encourage sample evaluation. Samples are typically charged at a nominal fee (refundable with bulk order). Sample lead time is 7-15 days for existing products. For custom parts, sample lead time is 15-25 days. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
What materials do you use?
We work with a wide range of steel grades:
Cold Heading: SWRCH18A, SWRCH35K, 10B21, SCM435, SCM440
Forging: 45#, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi, 35CrMo
Stainless Steel: 304, 316 (for corrosion-resistant applications)
We can also work with customer-specified materials upon request.
What surface treatments do you offer?
We offer a full range of surface treatments:
Zinc Electroplating — Standard, economical
Dacromet / Geomet — 500+ hours salt spray resistance
Black Oxide — Aesthetic finish
Phosphate — Oil-retention, good for fasteners
Xylan / PTFE — Extreme environment coatings
Hot-dip Galvanizing — Maximum corrosion protection
Custom coatings available on request.
What are your payment terms?
New clients: 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
Established clients: T/T 30 days, L/C at sight, or other terms by arrangement.
Samples: PayPal, Western Union, or T/T in advance.
We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal for sample orders. For bulk orders, we prefer T/T or L/C.
How do you ship orders?
We ship via all major freight forwarders:
Sea Freight: FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load) from Xiamen Port
Air Freight: For urgent or sample shipments
Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders
We handle all export documentation including Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service available for clients who prefer.
What quality documentation do you provide?
Every shipment includes:

Are your prices competitive?
Yes. As a direct manufacturer with in-house production facilities, we offer factory-direct pricing without middleman markups. We regularly benchmark our prices against competitors and consistently offer competitive rates for equivalent quality. For large orders or long-term supply agreements, we offer volume discounts and price lock options.
Do I need to pay for tooling/molds?
For standard catalog products: No tooling cost — parts are already tooled.
For custom OEM parts: Tooling costs vary by complexity. Simple modifications to existing dies may have minimal cost; completely new tooling for unique shapes will be quoted separately. Tooling is typically amortized over the order quantity or refunded upon reaching a committed volume.
Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes, we welcome third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), or TÜV. We can accommodate inspection at our factory before shipment. Please inform us at the time of ordering if you require third-party inspection, as this affects production scheduling. Inspection costs are the buyer's responsibility.
How are your products packaged?
Standard export packaging:
Inner: Plastic bags or foam separators
Outer: Strong cardboard boxes or wooden pallets
Labeling: Part number, quantity, lot number on each box
Custom packaging with your logo and barcodes available. We also offer color-coded packaging by size or customer.
