Multi-Stage Quality Control
Quality is embedded at every step of our manufacturing process — not just at the end.
Incoming Material Inspection
We obtained ISO9001:2000 quality management systems authentication certificate. Under the guidance of GB/TI9001-ISO9001:2000 quality handbook management systems requirement, we set up documents that track customer feedbacks and concerns, and other documents for quality management systems which include quality handbook, systems documents, working procedures and other standardized procedures. The CMS is combined with ISO management for efficiency and effectiveness.

In-Process Quality Checks
During production, operators perform regular self-inspection and supervisors conduct periodic audits. SPC (Statistical Process Control) monitors critical dimensions in real time.

Heat Treatment Verification
Heat treatment is critical to achieving required hardness and strength. We monitor furnace temperatures, verify quenching parameters, and test sample parts from each batch.

Final Dimensional Inspection
Every finished part is measured against drawing specifications. Critical dimensions receive 100% inspection; others are sampled per AQL standards.

- ✅ Visual inspection for surface defects
Functional Testing
Selected samples undergo functional testing including torque testing, tensile testing, and fatigue life testing to verify real-world performance.

Final Documentation & Traceability
