The factories also set up their ISO9001 & QS9000 Quality Control Systems and obtained certificates issued by DNV.
Our factories operate on advanced production equipment including intermediate-frequency heating forging assembly line, automatic multi-stage cold puncher, numerically controlled lathe, automatic heat treatment net furnace that is controlled by atmosphere microprocessor, imported precision mold processing center , imported spectral analyzer, universal material tester, metallographic microscope and magnetic particle tester . We also maintain long-term cooperatively relationship with domestic steel specialists for research and development projects and to ensure the quality of our products.
We strike to optimize the production flow. Our specialties are the high tensile 10.9 and 12.9 class. We only acquire two brands of materials (S40Cr for 10.9 and ML20MnTiB for 12.9 class) to ensure high quality while maintaining lower cost of materials and stocking. We excel in producing precise forging parts mainly in the field of 10.9 Class wheel bolts for engineering machinery. Our products are made to order as per the quantity purchased and we do not over stock. The effective steam line communication between production and sales is the key to control cost and increase distribution.
Our products are exported to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Taiwan and other areas. We have the capability to offer standard and customized parts and fasteners at a lower and reasonable cost.
