QUALITY CONTROL
We obtained IS09001: 2000 quality management systems authentication certificate. Under the guidance of 《GB/TI9001-ISO9001：2000 quality handbook management systems requirement》, we set up documents that would track customer feedbacks and concerns, and other documents for quality management systems which including quality handbook, systems documents, working procedures and other standardize procedures. The CMS is combined with ISO management for efficiency and effectiveness.
INSPECTION
We actively participate in the quality control process with the factories. Our engineers and the manufacturers will meet to discuss control methods when facing any issues or concerns. The inspection documents are issued by the manufacturers before the finished products leave the factory. Carelong personnel will make the final inspection before the goods delivered to our warehouse.
